Ken Fukumoto

Managing Director

Ken is a managing director at Oaklins Janes Capital, Oaklins’ aerospace, defense & security (ADS) specialist member firm in Irvine. With over 10 years of investment banking experience, Ken specializes in mergers and acquisitions for the aerospace, defense and government markets. He has participated in domestic and international transactions, with a primary focus on sell-side advisory. He has worked on transactions across a wide variety of businesses in the ADS market, such as aerospace composites and machining, aircraft components and subsystems, MRO and aftermarket parts, defense electronics and advanced military technology. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of ExoAnalytic Solutions to Anduril Industries, the sale of American Casting Company to Arcline Investment Management and the sale of McStarlite Co. to Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI).

Prior to Oaklins Janes Capital, Ken began his career as an investment banking analyst at Aleutian Capital Group, where he advised lower to middle-market companies and private equity groups on M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Ken has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Fordham University.
