March 2016 — The owner of Dome International Sp. z o.o. has sold the company to Fabryka Konstrukcji Drewnianych SA. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Dome International is a producer of wooden dome storehouses for highly hygroscopic and corrosive materials used mostly to store salt for road de-icing services. The company is a exclusive distributor and licensee in Central Europe of DOMAR-EURODOME® with technology provided by UK-based DOMEUROPA Ltd.
Fabryka Konstrukcji Drewnianych is a producer of different wood constructions (production halls, wood frame houses, roof systems and roof trusses) listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's secondary market called NewConnect, with a market cap of approximately US$6 million.
