DGS SA has sold a 70% stake to Guala Closures Group
October 2011 — Guala Closures International, an Italian multinational and global leader in the manufacture of aluminium screw caps for wine, oil and spirits, has acquired a 70% stake in DGS SA from the private equity fund Polish Enterprise Fund VI, L.P. for US$90 million.
DGS SA is the largest manufacturer in Poland and one of the leading manufacturers of aluminium bottle tops in the world.
Guala Closures Group is the world leader in the production of aluminium screw caps.
