Cesare Zucchini

Associate

Cesare is an associate at Oaklins Italy and is part of its industrials M&A team. He has several years of experience in M&A advisory, involved in the origination and execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A and ECM transactions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Cesare worked at KPMG and EY as a manager in the strategy and transaction department, with experience in financial due diligence. He graduated from Luiss Guido Carli University with an MSc in Finance. Cesare is a certified chartered accountant and a member of the ODCEC in Milan.
