Mike is a senior associate at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His key areas of expertise are in business support services, TMT and industrials. Notable deals he has advised on include the sale of Star Practice Management to IRIS Software Group, the sale of Indigo Telecom Group to Growth Capital Partners and the sale of Marketmakers to Centaur Media plc.

Mike joined the firm in 2016, having previously spent over three years at Deloitte LLP where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He graduated from The University of Southampton with a first-class honors degree in economics and management in 2012.
