Dolmans Landscaping Group has welcomed Foreman Capital as a new shareholder to support further growth

Fevereiro 2026 — Dolmans Landscaping Group, a leading full-service provider of landscaping services, has welcomed Foreman Capital as a new shareholder. By partnering with Foreman Capital, which has extensive experience in building stronger companies in the maintenance of public spaces, Dolmans can accelerate its growth trajectory across core verticals and further professionalize the business.

In addition to continued organic growth, the partnership aims to pursue a selective buy-and-build strategy, leveraging Dolmans’ proven integration capabilities and strong reputation as a preferred partner for founder-led landscaping businesses. Erwin Janssen will remain CEO and shareholder of Dolmans Landscaping Group. In the period ahead, Erwin will hand over his CEO role to a successor and focus on executing the company’s buy-and-build strategy.

Founded in 1961, Dolmans has grown into a nationwide full-service provider of landscaping services, including recurring green maintenance, tree care, new development, design and advisory, specialized tree care and ecological advisory services. The company consists of several specialized businesses and works daily on delivering sustainable, high-quality and future-proof outdoor environments for major municipalities, public authorities and corporate clients across the Netherlands and partly in Belgium. With more than twelve locations, 900 employees and revenues above US$118 million, Dolmans is among the leading players in the Dutch landscaping and green infrastructure sector.
