April 2025 — Bezeq Online has been acquired by ONE Software Technologies Ltd., enabling ONE Technologies to offer innovative solutions through full integration of advanced technology, real-time data analysis and proven service capabilities nationwide. ONE Technologies’ goal is to develop the next generation of service solutions, including AI-based tools, automation, multi-channel digital services and advanced CRM systems, all designed to deliver a continuous, accurate and effective customer experience.
Bezeq Online was founded in 2000 and specializes in the establishment, management and operation of outsourced call centers. Its services include the provision of advanced technologies, as well as information and customer service centers located both at company sites and client facilities. The company employs 2,400 people and operates 14 call centers across Israel, utilizing advanced call center management technologies such as IVR, ASR (automatic speech recognition), automated chat and intelligent knowledge management systems. Bezeq Online’s clients include government ministries, health funds, investment firms and transportation companies.
ONE Technologies is a leading Israeli IT firm offering software, hardware and integration services. With over 7,000 employees, it serves more than 6,500 clients across sectors such as finance, government and retail. The company provides solutions in ERP, CRM, cloud computing, cybersecurity and analytics, partnering with global technology leaders including SAP, Oracle and Microsoft. In 2024, ONE Technologies reported revenues of US$1.1 billion and net income of US$63 million.

Oaklins’ team in Israel managed the sale process of Bezeq Online on behalf of Bezeq, supported the preparation of materials, identified ONE Technologies as a potential buyer and advised Bezeq throughout the transaction.
