Miroi AB has been acquired by Via Venture Partners
November 2010 — The shareholders of Miroi AB, one of the leading e-learning company in adult education, have sold 70% of the company to Via Venture Partners for an undisclosed consideration.
Miroi AB is one of the leading e-learning companies in adult education and job matching. The company operates in around 60 locations in Sweden and has its head office in Luleå.
Via Venture Partners invests in companies ready to expand outside the Nordic region, but it also supports seed and early stage ventures. Although it invest in companies of all sizes, the focus is on those with revenues between US$7– 40 million.
The shareholders have retained 30% of the shares.
