Centro Médico Virgen de Caridad has acquired Policlínica Águilas
January 2021 — Centro Médico Virgen de la Caridad (CMVC), sponsored by Magnum Capital, has acquired Policlínica Águilas, S.L.
CMVC is a consolidation project of healthcare centers in Murcia and Alicante. The group offers a wide range of specialized services, comprehensive clinical treatment and medical specialties, and its medical technology is among the most advanced in the sector, both in testing and digital information management.
Founded in 2006, Policlínica Águilas is a healthcare services provider with two medical centers in Murcia (Águilas and Puerta Lumbreras).
Our role in the transaction
