Change Financial (ASX:CCA) has raised US$4 million
September 2022 — Change Financial has completed a capital raise to help accelerate product enhancement, repay its debt, provide working capital and cover the costs of the offer.
Change Financial is an ASX-listed fintech providing global payment processing and card (both virtual and physical) issuing services and technologies to banks, financial institutions (credit unions) and fintechs. Over the past 18 months, the Change team has worked hard to establish core building blocks – partnerships, compliance, technology and talent – all of which are now in place to deliver on their long-term growth plan.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in Australia acted as joint lead manager and underwriter, alongside MST Financial Services.
