Afcon has raised equity capital
December 2025 — Afcon Holdings Ltd. has successfully completed an equity fundraising to support its continued growth and expansion. The transaction will enable the company to strengthen its market position, invest in its core capabilities and pursue strategic opportunities.
Afcon has led the Israeli market for decades, bringing its remarkable experience to bear on developing unique, comprehensive solutions for multi-system projects and technologies. Traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the group specializes in infrastructure, electromechanical systems, control and automation, as well as communication for complex projects.
