Infra Group has acquired MSE Entreprise to expand its presence in Denmark

April 2026 — MSE Entreprise A/S, a Danish infrastructure contractor specializing in civil engineering and utility services, has been acquired by Infra Group, comprising Infra Management, PAI Partners, ICG and Andera Partners. The acquisition represents a further step in Infra Group’s expansion in Denmark and supports its strategic ambition to strengthen its position as a leading international multi-utility and infrastructure services provider, while accelerating its growth across the Nordic region.

Infra Group is a leading multidisciplinary group specializing in underground and overhead infrastructure works. Headquartered in Temse, Belgium, the group operates across multiple European countries and generates revenue of more than US$1.9 billion. Infra Group operates in earthworks, as well as the construction, upgrading and maintenance of distribution and transportation networks for electricity, telecommunications, IT and data, water, liquids and gases.

Headquartered in Nørre Alslev, Denmark, MSE Entreprise delivers civil engineering and utility infrastructure solutions. The company’s core services include sewer and drainage systems, district heating, soil remediation and earthworks. MSE Entreprise is recognized for its operational capabilities, extensive machinery fleet and commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring safety and sustainability across all projects.
