Multi-Tech and AGJ have been acquired by Wicotec Kirkebjerg, part of the Aarsleff Group
September 2026 — Rent-Tech A/S, including its subsidiaries Multi-Tech A/S and Asger G. Jørgensen A/S (AGJ), has been acquired by Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S, part of the Aarsleff Group. The transaction creates a strong platform for continued growth and development. With the acquisition of Rent-Tech, Wicotec Kirkebjerg strengthens its position in West Zealand, Denmark, and expands its capabilities in electrical installations and specialized piping and metalwork services. As part of Wicotec Kirkebjerg, the Rent-Tech companies gain access to additional resources, expertise and larger-scale project opportunities while maintaining their local presence, management teams and long-standing customer relationships. All businesses will continue to operate under their existing brands and leadership teams.
Multi-Tech delivers electrical-focused technical installation and service to the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, while AGJ specializes in stainless steel piping and metalwork for the pharmaceutical, food and broader process industries. The transaction includes Multi-Tech, AGJ and Rent-Tech’s 50.5% stake in El-Centret Højby ApS. Together, the companies generated revenue of approximately US$105 million in 2025 and achieved EBIT of US$13 million. The group employs more than 500 people across West Zealand.
Wicotec Kirkebjerg is a nationwide provider of technical contracting, engineering and service solutions and is part of the listed Aarsleff Group, which has almost 9,000 employees. The acquisition further strengthens Wicotec Kirkebjerg’s industrial service offering and enhances its capabilities in technical installations and process industry solutions.
