Andrea is an associate director at Oaklins Switzerland. He has extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side across multiple industries. His additional areas of expertise include business analysis, financial modeling and company valuations. He has advised clients in the food and beverage, fashion, retail, ICT, automotive, marketing services, energy and life sciences sectors. His client references include Bollag Guggenheim, Capture Media, Cerbios Pharma, INTEGRA Holding, Migros, Nitto Denko Corporation, T&N ICT Solutions and Rugenbräu.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2020, Andrea worked as an investment analyst at BV Holding AG. He has a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of Bern.
