Mac Holley

Principal

Mac is a principal at Oaklins Heritage in Jacksonville with over 42 years of experience in commercial and investment banking. He works with owners of midsize companies to create value through strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and exit strategy design.

Prior to joining Oaklins Heritage, Mac served as regional president and CEO at Florida Capital Bank, and was responsible for developing and building a full-service, commercially oriented financial institution to serve northeast Florida. He managed the retail and commercial banking operations from its founding in 2004. Before joining Florida Capital, Mac served as president for northeast Florida and senior vice president of middle-market banking for Bank of America. He has a BS degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama.
