Marius Binkevičius

Marius is a partner at Oaklins Baltics in Vilnius. With over 25 years of experience in M&A, investment banking and private equity, he has successfully completed over 80 transactions and assignments across various industries, in particular in retail, TMT, distribution, food & beverage, manufacturing and e-commerce, primarily in Lithuania and the other Baltic States. He is one of the most seasoned professionals in the M&A sector in Lithuania and has extensive relationships with corporates and financial companies throughout the country.

Prior to co-founding the Lithuanian office in 2013, Marius held various roles in other financial institutions, most notably as the head of investment banking at Swedbank Lithuania (the largest Lithuanian bank), the co-managing partner at Alta Capital (private equity), the local Lithuanian partner at Catella Corporate Finance (property M&A) and an investment director at BaltCap (private equity). He graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and is a CFA charterholder.
