Mindaugas Matulaitis

Associate Partner

Mindaugas is an associate partner at Oaklins Baltics in Vilnius. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, primarily in M&A and debt capital markets in various sectors in the Baltics. More recently, he has worked in agriculture and the food & beverage industry, advising such clients as Lantmannen and Wimm-Bill-Dann; financial services, with clients including DNB and DNB Asset Management; the public sector, advising the treasury of the Republic of Latvia and the Ministry of Finance of Lithuania; retail and wholesale, including Kesko foods and ICA foods; and telecommunications, media and technology, with such clients as Orkla Media and Atea.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Mindaugas was head of corporate finance at DNB Markets in Lithuania. He has also worked in corporate finance and business assurance and advisory in Big4 and Lithuanian consulting companies. Mindaugas has a master’s in economics from Vilnius University and a bachelor’s degree from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
