Associate Partner

Reinholds is an associate partner at Oaklins Baltics in Riga and leads its glass processing & finishing team. With over seven years of experience in M&A advisory, he has successfully managed sell-side, buy-side and capital-raising projects across a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, building materials, e-commerce, micromobility and specialized manufacturing. His recent notable transactions include debt advisory to listed agriholding APF Holdings and leading auto parts e-commerce company Trodo; sell-side advisory to Cyprus’ leading DIY retailer Superhome Center and multinational Saint-Gobain on the sale of their Estonian glass processing unit Baltiklaas; as well as management buy-out advice to industrial metal processor East Metal. In addition, Reinholds has advised Tet, Latvia’s leading technology and entertainment operator, on buy-side acquisitions, and Coffee Address, the largest coffee service provider in the Baltics.

Prior to joining Oaklins Baltics in 2018, Reinholds worked in banking in Latvia as a financial analyst, focusing on corporate loan profitability, asset management and alternative investment opportunities. He has a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
