Pieter is an associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium with three years’ experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A deals. Notable transactions he has advised on include the sale of Mobile Vikings to Proximus, the sale of Sitra to Creafund, the public demerger of CFE and DEME, and the public takeover bid of Resilux by Quva.

Pieter joined the corporate finance department in 2020 after completing a successful internship. Prior to this, Pieter interned at Kempen & Co in Amsterdam. He has a master’s in applied economics from the University of Antwerp and an additional master's in financial management from Vlerick Business School.
