Trevi Finanziaria Industriale has finalized a rights issue

June 2026 — Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. has successfully finalized a rights issue. The capital increase was aimed at strengthening the group’s financial flexibility, supporting the implementation of its business plan and preserving its ability to pursue selective inorganic growth opportunities consistent with its business activities.

Trevi Finanziaria Industriale provides engineering services through its special foundations and oil and gas divisions. The special foundations division provides foundation engineering services for civil works and infrastructure projects and manufactures equipment for special foundations. The oil and gas division constructs drilling rigs for hydrocarbon extraction and water exploration and provides oil drilling services.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company, Banca Akros, acted as the ECM advisor and joint bookrunner in Trevi Finanziaria Industriale’s rights issue.

Moneybox’s employee share sale has set another milestone for London’s Private Securities Market

The London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market (PSM) continues to demonstrate its potential as a venue for providing shareholder liquidity in high-growth private companies. Following the successful employee share sale for autonomous driving pioneer Wayve earlier this month, fintech leader Moneybox has completed a US$61 million (£45 million) employee liquidity event through the PSM. By structuring the transaction as an employee liquidity event, long-serving employees with vested equity have been able to realize some of the value they helped create while enabling Moneybox to remain private and continue its growth journey.
