Kevin Kambach

Kevin is an associate at Oaklins Germany. As an experienced M&A advisor, he assists clients and colleagues with various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling, the preparation of information materials and project execution. He is a member of the consumer products and TMT teams. Some of the key transactions he has been involved in include the sale of FORLIANCE GmbH to Macquarie Asset Management, the sale of SCHRAMM Werkstätten GmbH to the Flex Bedding Group and the sale of hectas Facility Services to Vebego Holding.

Prior to joining Oaklins Germany, Kevin worked in the M&A and compliance department of a leading auditing and consulting firm. While studying for his master’s degree, he supported the Oaklins Germany team as an intern and working student. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a master’s in management & finance from the International School of Management in Hamburg. He also completed two semesters in Barcelona and Edinburgh during his studies.
