Sara Rezende

Sara is a director at Olimpia Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in Brazil. She is responsible for leading transaction execution, working closely with clients and execution teams on all deal types, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, strategic advisory and financings across various industries. In banking, Sara has experience in both buy-side and sell-side advisory as well as in capital market transactions. In addition, she has served in senior-level financial roles in retail companies.

Prior to joining Olimpia in 2021, Sara worked in investment banking divisions at Merrill Lynch and BTG Pactual, participating in mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. She also acted as the financial and planning director at Brasil Pharma and as a controller at Shopping Uberaba. Sara has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP).
