Ed is a director within ECM for Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He heads the industrial technology team and has extensive experience in growth company work, such as IPOs, fundraising and M&A, including the Takeover Code. Recent clients include Surface Transforms PLC, Trackwise Designs PLC and Itaconix PLC.

Ed, who was previously at PwC, is FCA qualified and is a mechanical engineering graduate.
