Oliver Guldager Jepsen

Oliver is a senior associate at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark. He is responsible for transaction-related tasks, such as financial modeling and analysis, the creation of pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations and other material for existing and potential clients. Recent transactions include the sale of Nymann Kloak- og Miljøservice to Serwent Group, a portfolio company of the private equity firm Norvestor, and the sale of Pharma-Skan and Skan-Medic to the private equity firm Brygge Partners.

Oliver joined Oaklins in 2024. Before that, he worked as an analyst in the equity research department at ABG Sundal Collier. He has a master’s in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
