Jan Švejda

Jan is an associate at Oaklins WOOD & Co. in the Czech Republic. He originates and executes transactions across mergers and acquisitions, ECM and DCM. Transactions he has been involved in include an ABB for a client in the defense sector, an IPO for an industrials company and an M&A mandate for a precision manufacturing company.

Prior to joining the firm’s investment banking team, Jan had executed transactions in various sectors, such as energy, financial institutions and industrials, having worked as an investment analyst at a leading Czech private equity firm and interned in Vienna with the leading investment banking M&A team in CEE. Jan obtained his master’s degree in accounting and financial management from Bocconi University.
