Javier is an analyst at Oaklins LarrainVial in Chile. He supports clients and senior advisors in transaction execution, gaining exposure to M&A, debt issuances and valuations across various industries. Javier has been involved in several recent transactions, including the sale of Comunidad Feliz, a vertical SaaS proptech platform in Chile and Mexico, to Visma; the refinancing of a portion of the financial liabilities of Ambipar Environment LatAm, the Chilean subsidiary of a leading Brazilian environmental management group; and the sale of International Paper Chile to COIPSA. In addition, Javier is a member of the firm’s tech team, contributing to advisory processes for technology and software companies in the region.

Javier joined Oaklins LarrainVial in 2025. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics as well as a master’s in economics, both from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
