Wadii is an investment banking analyst at Oaklins Canada supporting domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He contributes to deal execution through financial analysis, valuation work and market research, helping clients navigate transaction processes from initial positioning through to closing.

Wadii joined Oaklins in 2026 after graduating from Queen’s University. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience through internships with the valuation team at Deloitte and the corporate & investment banking team at National Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
