Xavier is a partner at Oaklins France. He has over 20 years of experience providing financial and strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings and valuations. Over his career, he has advised on numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He has broad sector experience, with a current focus on utilities, aerospace & defense, business support services, TMT and healthcare. Recent notable transactions include advising the Verder Group on its acquisition of Sauermann/Kimo, Yooli on opening up the share capital to La Poste Santé Autonomie and CML on its sale to Trescal. Other clients he has advised include Synneo, Diagomics, Groupe Serenis and Acces Industrie.
 
Before joining Oaklins, Xavier began his career in petroleum research at IFP, then moved into market finance as an equity analyst and M&A analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux. He is a graduate of ENSEIRB-MATMECA and has a postgraduate degree in applied mathematics as well as a master’s in finance from ESCP Europe.
