Einar is a manager at Oaklins Norway. He is responsible for transaction-related tasks, such as financial modeling and analysis, the creation of pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations and other material for existing and potential clients. He has advised on a range of M&A deals across sectors, with a particular focus on TMT and business services. Notable transactions include the sale of Presight Solutions to Banyan Software; advising the shareholders of Soco, Gnist and Forse on their sale to Driv Kapital; the sale of Etac Bil to Auto Solutions Group; Equip Capital’s acquisition of ØB Solutions; the sale of MPS Bilskade to Cary Group; and the sale of ITverket to Bertel O. Steen Kapital.

Einar has a Master of Science in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
