Lubrication & scavenge pumps has been acquired by TransDigm Group Incorporated

March 2001 — Honeywell International, Inc. has sold its lubrication and scavenge pumps business to TransDigm Group Incorporated. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Honeywell lubrication products include lubrication and scavenge pumps used on a range of commercial and defense aerospace platforms.

TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG), through its wholly owned subsidiaries, is a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, systems and subsystems for use on nearly all commercial and military aircraft in service today.

Honeywell International Inc. operates as a diversified technology and manufacturing company worldwide. The aerospace segment manufactures and supplies aircraft components, avionics, engines, and systems for commercial, defense, business aviation and space markets. The company offers actuation products, air and thermal management products, auxiliary power units, cabin management and entertainment products, cockpit systems and displays, electric power products, engines, lighting products, navigation products and radios, satellite communications, sensors, and wheels and braking systems.

Electro Optic Systems Holdings has acquired the assets of MARSS Group

Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (ASX: EOS), an Australian defense and space technology company, has acquired the assets of MARSS Group, a Europe-based defense and security technology provider of AI-enabled command and control (C2) and sensor fusion systems for counter-drone applications. The acquisition combines EOS’ sensors and effectors with MARSS’ NiDAR C2 platform to create an integrated end-to-end counter-drone solution, positioning EOS to compete for larger and higher-value programs as a prime contractor across defense, homeland security and civil critical infrastructure markets. Consideration consists of an upfront cash payment of US$36 million plus contingent consideration of up to US$160 million payable over time, based on new MARSS contract orders secured during the earnout period.
