Januar 2017 — Forafric, eine führende Weizenmehl- und Griessgruppe mit Sitz in Casablanca, wurde von YCAP übernommen.
Forafric wurde 1943 gegründet und ist die führende Weizenmehl- und Griessgruppe in Marokko. Die Gruppe importiert über 300’000 Tonnen Weich- und Hartweizen, die in vier Mühlen zu Mehl und Griess verarbeitet werden. Forafric ist erfolgreich in der Vermarktung und Förderung bekannter Marken wie Maymouna und Ambre und hat einen Marktanteil von etwa 50% in den Supermärkten.
YCAP ist eine internationale Finanzgruppe, die in den Bereichen Energie, Infrastruktur und Agroindustrie tätig ist.
