Avectris hat Logicare übernommen
Juli 2020 — Die Schweizer IT-Dienstleisterin Avectris hat Logicare übernommen, den spezialisierten IT-Dienstleister für Leistungserbringer im Gesundheitswesen aus Dübendorf / Zürich. Das Unternehmen wird in die Avectris integriert. Mit dem Zusammenschluss baut Avectris gezielt ihre branchenspezifische Kompetenz im Gesundheitswesen aus.
Avectris ist eine IT-Dienstleisterin für Schweizer Mittelstandsunternehmen primär in den Branchen Anwaltskanzleien, Dienstleister, Finanzwirtschaft, Gesundheitswesen, Industrie, öffentlicher Sektor und Versorger. Als Partnerin auf Augenhöhe bietet Avectris ihren Kunden ganzheitliche IT-Services aus einer Hand. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf hybriden Cloud-Lösungen, Outsourcing, SAP S/4HANA, Collaboration, IT Service Management sowie Beratungsdienstleistungen mit Schwerpunkt IT-Ausbildung, IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Security und Business Continuity. Das Unternehmen mit Standorten in Baden, Wallisellen und Wangen bei Dübendorf beschäftigt nun rund 460 Mitarbeitende.
Die Kernkompetenz von Logicare ist auf Beratung/Projekte, Betrieb und Support aller Informatikmittel von Leistungserbringern im Gesundheitswesen in höchster Qualität ausgerichtet. Das Unternehmen betreibt mit rund 80 Mitarbeitenden die Informatik für über 6'000 Benutzer und bietet ein umfassendes IT-Dienstleistungsangebot im Bereich der gesamten Branche an.
