May 2016 — The private owners of Schär+Leuenberger Schaltanlagen have sold the company to two members of the management team. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Schär+Leuenberger Schaltanlagen is a manufacturer of custom-designed, type-tested switchgear for demanding applications. The company, founded 30 years ago, was established as a leading niche player for challenging switchgear design and construction projects.
