The private owners of Schär+Leuenberger Schaltanlagen have sold the company to two members of the management team. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Schär+Leuenberger Schaltanlagen is a manufacturer of custom-designed, type-tested switchgear for demanding applications. The company, founded 30 years ago, was established as a leading niche player for challenging switchgear design and construction projects.
Oaklins' team in Switzerland advised the sellers in this transaction, arranging their succession and supported the management in securing financing for the management buy-out.
