Tibo is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium with experience in public and private M&A. He has advised clients in Belgium across a wide range of sectors, including food & beverage, agri- and horticulture, industrials, biotechnology, e-commerce and TMT. In recent years he has been specializing in the consumer sector. Notable transactions he has advised on include the successful public takeover bid and delisting of a major European ready meals supplier; the sale of a minority stake in a branded period- and incontinence underwear business; the successful public takeover bid and delisting of a leading European supplier of fresh, frozen and prepared fruits and vegetables; the sale of a majority stake in a leading European specialty tomatoes supplier; and the sale of a leading spirits producer in Europe to an international spirits conglomerate.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2017, Tibo completed an internship with ING’s M&A team in Amsterdam. He has an MSc in Finance from ESSEC Business School and a BSc and MSc in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven.
