September 2020 — The shareholders of Inversiones e Inmobiliaria Almonacid Ltda. (Almonacid) have completed a restructuring.
Almonacid is an investment company involved in the agricultural, real estate, mining and gambling casino businesses in Chile.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in Chile acted as financial advisor to Almonacid to carry out the renegotiation and restructuring of the syndicated loan.
