SQM has completed a capital increase
April 2021 — Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) has raised funds to finance growth and new plans.
SQM is the main stock of the IPSA, and one of the largest lithium producers in the world. Besides lithium, the company also produces iodine, potassium, fertilizers (nitrates) and industrial chemicals.

Oaklins’ team in Chile acted as financial advisor and placement agent in the capital increase of SQM.
