December 2023 — Aenza S.A.A. has completed af follow-on to prepay part of a recently renegotiated bridge loan.
Aenza is a regional, integrated corporation specialized in engineering and construction services, infrastructure and energy concessions and real estate management.

With the acquisition of Rent-Tech, Wicotec Kirkebjerg strengthens its industrial service offering and position in West Zealand, Denmark, expanding its capabilities in electrical installations, specialized piping and metalwork services.
