SECAL has been acquired by VINCI Energies
July 2026 — SECAL has been acquired by VINCI Energies to strengthen its lifting services offering and expand its capabilities across strategic industrial markets. This acquisition also provides SECAL with access to new markets and growth opportunities, particularly in the environment, aerospace and rail sectors.
Backed by private equity firm Isatis Capital, SECAL is a leading French specialist in lifting and handling equipment, offering a comprehensive range of solutions. The group operates across the entire value chain, from the design of standard and bespoke equipment through its in-house engineering capabilities, to manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning. With approximately 100 employees across four sites, SECAL serves a prestigious and loyal customer base across a diversified range of industries, both in France and internationally.
