Manager

Stefan is a manager at Oaklins BT Capital in Romania. He is responsible for M&A across various industries, with a strong focus on the engineering, healthcare, industrials, tourism, energy and consumer sectors. He is involved in all phases of a transaction, with responsibilities that include industry analysis, financial modeling, sales materials drafting and due diligence coordination.

Before joining the firm in 2025, Stefan worked in banking, corporate and large corporate sales, financial structuring sales and projecting, loan syndication and structured finance, treasury cash flow and project finance. He also managed the arrangement of the following syndicated loans in Romania: EUR 101.5 million for RodBun Group, USD 600 million for KMGI Group, EUR 228 million for Medlife Group, EUR 100 million for Delgaz (E.ON Romania), EUR 180 million for Carmistin Group and RON 3.1 billion for Electrica S.A. Stefan has a BSc in Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchange and an MSc in Accounting, Controlling and Expertise from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
