PSIB Condor ha vendido su participación en el Fondo Inmobiliario Colombia
Julio 2022 — PSIB Condor Inc. ha vendido su participación en el Fondo Inmobiliario Colombia (FIC) a Bancolombia y Grupo Sura.
El Fondo Inmobiliario Colombia (FIC) es uno de los fondos inmobiliarios/REITs más grandes del país, con USD1 mil millones en activos administrados y más de 168 inmuebles en 26 municipios. El FIC invierte en sectores como vivienda, logística, oficinas, retail, hotelería y salud, entre otros. Adicionalmente, cuentan con una participación del 49% en Viva Malls, el portafolio de centros comerciales más grande del país.
Bancolombia es el banco comercial más grande del país con USD35,400 millones de cartera neta.
Grupo Sura es una empresa líder en servicios financieros que ofrece, principalmente, seguros y servicios de asset management en Colombia y la región latinoamericana. El grupo está presente en nueve países, incluyendo Colombia, México, Brasil, Argentina y Chile.
PSIB Condor Inc. es parte de uno de los administradores de pensiones más grandes de Canadá. El fondo maneja un portafolio global diversificado compuesto por inversiones en mercados financieros públicos, private equity, real estate, infraestructura, recursos naturales y deuda privada. Establecido en 1999, el fondo maneja contribuciones netas a los fondos de pensiones del Servicio Público Federal, las Fuerzas Canadienses, la Policía Montada de Canadá y la Fuerza de Reserva.

The deal was structured with a comprehensive security package comprising a first-ranking land charge, share pledge and subordination agreements with existing lenders. Approximately 1% cash equity was contributed by the sponsor, reflecting the strength of the underlying asset and business plan.
