Propper Daley will immediately transition to the BPI brand, with its team of 25 integrating into BPI’s US organizational structure. The agency’s entertainment philanthropy practice will continue to operate independently.

Propper Daley is a culture-first social impact agency that collaborates with brands, philanthropies, advocacy organizations and individuals to drive meaningful change. The agency’s select client list includes The Clinton Foundation (Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton), the Call of Duty Endowment, Viacom, the Shawn Mendes Foundation, Everytown for Gun Safety, Planned Parenthood, Conservation Lands Foundation, Interscope, Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Chrissy Teigen, Biden for President, John Legend, SoulCycle, The Walt Disney Company, Youth Villages, Bradley Cooper, Babylist and Steven Tyler’s Janie’s Fund.

BPI is an outcomes-driven agency at the intersection of business, politics and policy. Founded by leaders of the Obama campaign, BPI leverages its unique expertise to create sophisticated and customized strategies for companies, causes and candidates. The agency’s clients include established market leaders, new economy firms, philanthropists, CEOs and elected officials. What these varied brands share is the growing need to forge differentiated and lasting bonds with their consumers in a world of fragmented media, deep skepticism and rapidly evolving culture.

Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, based in New York, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Propper Daley on the transaction, highlighting the team’s deep sector expertise in advising businesses within the marketing services industry.
