BRM ha sido adquirido por Alta Resources
Octubre 2022 — Los accionistas de BRM han vendido la compañía a Alta Resources, empresa líder en la tercerización de procesos para el manejo de relaciones con clientes

La compañía ofrece una amplia variedad de servicios, incluyendo soluciones online y offline a través de múltiples canales (teléfono, redes sociales, correo, chat en vivo) y soluciones de mercadeo digital. BRM trabaja con empresas líderes de la región en varias industrias como servicios financieros, retail, telecomunicación, transporte y alimentos y bebidas.
