May 2026 — Transnáutica - Global Logistics, S.A. has sold its road freight forwarding business to TMB Group.
Transnáutica’s road freight forwarding business provides domestic and international transportation and logistics solutions across Portugal and key European markets.
TMB Group is a Portuguese logistics and transport company founded in 1989 that specializes in road freight and logistics services across Portugal and Spain.
Founded in 1960, Transnáutica is a Portuguese integrated logistics and freight forwarding company and a well-established player in the Portuguese logistics market.

Oaklins’ team in Portugal acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Transnáutica in the sale of its road freight forwarding business.
