Daniel is a senior associate at Oaklins Switzerland. He has extensive experience in advising on domestic and international M&A transactions. Moreover, he specializes in financial and market analysis, financial modeling and company valuation. Daniel has worked on projects across multiple industries, including ICT, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food and beverage, and tourism. His client references include Cerbios-Pharma, T&N Group and Global IT.

Daniel joined Oaklins Switzerland in 2022. Previously, he had worked at Zern & Partner GmbH, where he focused on analyzing privately traded Swiss SMEs and preparing related research reports. He has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Bern.
