Richard is an associate in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side mandates within the technology sector. Recent notable M&A transactions he has advised on include the sales of OLM Systems to Civica Group, DigitalXRAID to Limerston Capital, EIDO Healthcare to Radar Healthcare and Skynamo to Klipboard.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Richard worked in the capital markets audit team at BDO LLP, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. Richard graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2019 with a first-class degree in finance and accounting.
