Darren is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, where he heads the M&A business in the Midlands and East of England. He has over 25 years’ M&A experience across a wide variety of transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, mergers and fundraisings. His clients have included private companies and their shareholders, private equity houses and public companies.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Darren led Deloitte’s corporate finance business in the Midlands. He also led Deloitte’s multi-disciplinary national business, focusing on family-owned and owner-managed businesses. Darren has a first-class honors degree in economics and has the ACA qualification.
