Peter is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. Since joining the firm in 1994, Peter has been involved in the sale of over 70 companies, including many in the financial services sector. He is a frequent lecturer on the subject of mergers and acquisitions and has written a book on the subject entitled “The Definitive Guide to Selling Your Business”.
Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Peter worked in the corporate finance department at Clifford Chance, the leading international law firm. He graduated with degrees in law and commerce from Melbourne University in 1984.
