Juillet 2024 — INNOTEX, un fabricant d'équipements de protection individuelle pour les pompiers et les premiers intervenants, a conclu un partenariat stratégique avec Clearspring Capital Partners.
INNOTEX se concentre sur le développement, la fabrication et la distribution d'équipements de protection de haute qualité conçus pour les pompiers. L’expertise de la compagnie réside dans la production de vêtements de protection, tels que des manteaux résistant au feu, des pantalons, des cagoules et des gants, qui sont durables et offrent une liberté de mouvement dans des situations difficiles et exigeantes. Établie en 1999, la société dessert certains des plus grands services d'incendie des États-Unis, du Canada et d’autres pays, en plus de fabriquer des vêtements pour l'armée.
