Dorvina, a metal recycling business in Lithuania, has acquired UAB Kuusakoski. Financial details have not been disclosed.
UAB Kuusakoski, based in Lithuania, provides industrial waste recycling services. The company operated as a subsidiary of Kuusakoski Oy.
Kuusakoski Oy offers recycling solutions. The company also produces and sells recycled aluminum for foundries and steel mills internationally. It serves universities, research institutes, and companies in various research and development projects worldwide. Founded in 1914 and headquartered in Espoo, Finland, Kuusakoski Oy operates as a subsidiary of Kuusakoski Group Oy.
