Grupo Agris has acquired Ludite. This acquisition enables Grupo Agris to reinforce its expansion plan through business diversification and market consolidation.

Grupo Agris is a Portuguese family-owned group which operates in the agriculture sector, in areas such as specialized retail and wholesale, and food distribution.

Headquartered in Portugal, Ludite operates in the fruit and vegetable retail industry. Its main activity consists in sourcing, distributing and retailing fresh fruit through its network of over 60 outlets.
